No, the videos are streamed in real time via the Internet.

Can I order one LearnCertNow Library with access for multiple users?

When does my subscription begin and end?
If you choose our annual subscription, your access begins on your order date and lasts for the next 12 calendar months, and then automatically renews. If you choose a monthly subscription, your access begins on your order date and automatically renews each month. If you wish to cancel your subscription prior to your renewal date, please contact our customer service department via email at info@learnnowllc.com.

How do I access my LearnCertNow Library?
After placing your order, you will receive an email with all of your login information and instructions for accessing your learning.

Can I access the library from multiple computers?
Each subscription grants you a single-user license for the LearnCertNow library. Each license includes two “unlocks” which will allow you to view the library contents from two different computers.

How do I get my MeasureUp Exams?
You are allowed to activate up to three Measure Up exams per quarter. When you are ready to activate your exams, send an email to info@learnnowllc.com. Include your name, email address, and account number in the body of the email and indicate the exam number(s) of the exam(s) you would like to activate. Once your exams have been set up, you will receive an email from MeasureUp with links, instructions, and keys to unlock the exams.
PLEASE NOTE: Wait to activate your exams until you are ready to use them — activated exams will expire six (6) months from the activation date.

How do I renew my access? What is the cost?
Your subscription will automatically renew either monthly or annually depending on which subscription option you choose. When you purchase your LearnCertNow Library, you lock in your renewal rate -- so even if the price increases during your access period, you are guaranteed to never pay more than your original subscription rate.

Can my friends/coworkers use my LearnCertNow Library?
Your learning library comes with a single-user license. This license is non-transferable and the learning can only be used by you. However, your friends and coworkers can begin their own LearnCertNow subscription at the same low price by visiting our Subscribe page.

Are there any restrictions when accessing the content from outside North America?
There are no restrictions on international usage. As long as you meet the miminum hardware and software requirements below, you should not have any access or quality issues.

How do I cancel my subscription?
You may cancel your subscription at any time by notifying us in writing at info@learnnowllc.com. If you choose to cancel within the first 10 calendar days of your subscription, we will refund your money in full and access to your LearnCertNow library will terminate immediately. If you wish to cancel your subscription after the first 30 days, please take note of the following:

Annual Subscription: Your annual fee will be stopped and you will retain access to your LearnCertNow library for the remainder of your prepaid subscription period. You may cancel your annual subscription in writing up to (3) calendar days after your renewal date and receive a full refund of the renewal subscription fee.
